Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, an optional name, and your password stored only as a one-way hash.
• Inverter data: readings from your inverter (battery level, solar, grid and house power), its settings, its model and serial number, a log of setting changes, and the automations you create. This is used only to show you your system and run your automations.
• Settings you enter: your battery size and time zone.

What stays on your phone

If you set a home location for the weather, it is rounded to about 1 km and sent from your phone to Apple Weather (WeatherKit) to fetch the forecast. It is never sent to us.

What we don't do

No advertising, no tracking, no analytics, and we never sell or share your data. Nothing is used to identify you across other apps or websites.

Keeping and deleting data

Per-minute readings and daily totals are kept so you can look back over months and years. Delete your account in the app (Settings, Account, Delete account) and your account, your inverter link and all its stored data are erased immediately.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Sign-in tokens are stored in your iPhone's Keychain and only as hashes on our server.
